Mrs. Fields Original Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream together:
2 Cups of Butter
2 Cups of Sugar
2 Cups of Brown Sugar
4 Beaten Eggs
2 Tbsp Vanilla

In a seperate Bowl combine
4 Cups of Flour
5 Cups of Oatmeal (put in blender first until powder)
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Baking Soda

24 ozs of Chocolate Chips
8 ozs of Plain Hershey Bar (grated)
3 Cups of Chopped Nuts (optional)
(Add to dry ingredients)

Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and mix thouroughly. On an ungreased cookie sheet, spoon out golf ball sized cookie dough balls onto the sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 11 minutes. Degrees and time can vary depending on the oven.


1 lb. butter, melted
4 c. flour
4 c. pulverized oats
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. granulated sugar
2 (12 oz.) pkgs. chocolate chips
2 c. nuts
2 tbsp. vanilla

Bake at 325 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes.
